Home Health Care
We understand our clients’ desire for receiving quality care and services in the comfort and familiarity of home. Tender Loving Family Care offers you the options that best suit your needs.
Our nurses meet you at the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted or independent living facility to begin the transition from the very beginning. Tender Loving Family Care will provide the proper transportation to the client’s home, making sure all discharge prescriptions are filled and picked up in a timely manner.
Companion Care
Our Companion Care services include meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, and of course, companionship. If your family member, friend, or loved one enjoys their independence but is struggling with everyday activities, TLFC Homemaker Companion Care is the solution.
We will manage their daily requirements with specialized elderly companion care and assessments, matching their needs with the best available caregiver. If you choose to allow TLFC Homemaker Companion Care to provide companion care for your loved one, you’ll know you’ve provided them with the best possible care available.
Family Type Home
Our family-type homes for adults who need aid in their daily activities. Our mission is to provide quality care in our warm, loving, safe, clean and attractive homes filled with an extended family that cares for and about each other. We provide the needed supervision and gentle kindness that a person would hope to find for their loved ones.
In our homes, residents can sit together in the formal dining area for meals and activities, or just look out the glass doors to the beautifully landscaped yard. They may choose to relax in a spacious living room and enjoy TV or one might look out at the beautiful views of the yard from the large windows.
Respite Care
Whether you just need a break from caregiving or just a little extra support while you recover from an illness, Our Senior Care Respite Programs can help.
Respite care is a critical part of the overall support that families may need to keep their child, parent, or loved one with a disability or chronic illness at home. Respite care comes in many forms; however, it is essentially sharing the responsibility for caregiving while also getting support for yourself in the process.
We can provide respite care in our family type homes, or in the home of your loved one.
Care Management
We will help you navigate the system by interacting with healthcare and other service providers to make sure our clients receive quality care and are protected from those individuals that may take advantage of our senior population.
